The Mindpaths is an evolving intellectual and practical project: a place for deeper questions, clearer thinking, and the development of tools for living with greater awareness and intention.
The project grows from years of education, observation, practice, and an enduring curiosity about human experience.
My background is rooted in education and direct work with people. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and Society from McGill University and have spent more than twenty years teaching adults and young adults.
Over twelve years of interviewing people, including work as an IELTS Speaking Examiner and Trainer, I have spoken with thousands of people from different cultures and walks of life. Those conversations have given me an unusual window into how people think, communicate, respond under pressure, and make sense of their own experiences.
Alongside that work, I have spent years exploring martial arts, self-hypnosis, altered states of consciousness, philosophy, and different approaches to mental discipline and self-observation. These interests have gradually converged into a broader question: how can we understand the mind more deeply — and train it more deliberately?
The Mindpaths is where those strands come together.

Master’s degree in Education and Society.
Teaching adults and young adults across diverse learning contexts.
Thousands of conversations, including work as an IELTS Speaking Examiner and Trainer.
Long-term exploration of martial arts, self-hypnosis, consciousness, and mental discipline.
The Mindpaths is not built around one doctrine. It is built around a commitment to serious inquiry, practical usefulness, and intellectual honesty.
We live in an extraordinary time. Our understanding of the universe, life, and the mind continues to expand, yet many of the most important questions remain open. The Mindpaths exists to explore those questions with curiosity and clarity — while also asking what can be practiced, trained, and applied in everyday life.
The aim is not to offer certainty where certainty does not exist. It is to distinguish evidence from speculation, experience from explanation, and useful practice from empty claims.
Several different traditions and areas of study inform the project. None of them is treated as a complete answer on its own.

Consciousness, life, time, cosmology, and our place in the larger picture.

Questions about what it means to be human and how a finite life should be lived.

Attention, self-control, persistence, and the integration of body and mind.

Self-hypnosis, altered states, focused attention, and self-observation.

Years of teaching and interviewing people across different backgrounds and perspectives.
A more curious mind.
A more deliberate life.
A deeper understanding of what it means to be human.
That is the direction of The Mindpaths — not a finished doctrine, but an evolving project of exploration, practice, and human betterment.
